Set up your stores
The account owner and team members whose role can view and edit stores.
A store is the unit buyers see you through. Every product belongs to one store, and only products on an active store can appear in the corporate marketplace.
Open Store Management
Go to Setup, then Store Management. The All Stores table lists each store with Store Name, Type, Location, Products, Orders, Revenue, Status and Created. Search, filter by Status or Category, or Export the list.
Open Store Management Add a store
Click Add Store and choose Physical Store (a location with an address) or Cloud Store (an online storefront). Fill Basic Information: Store Name, Store Type, CR Number and VAT Number are required, and Autofill from company profile can fill them for you. Then add documents, the location, and Services & Working Hours.
Choose pickup or delivery
Under Services & Working Hours, tick Pickup Available, Delivery Available or both. Pickup is not available for cloud stores.
Add many stores at once
From Quick Setup, open Bulk upload stores, download the Sample (.xlsx), fill one row per store and upload it.
Add many stores at once Follow the store status
A new store shows Pending Approval until ENTEK reviews it. Statuses are Active, Pending Approval, Draft, Rejected and Inactive. You cannot edit a store while it is pending. Select several stores to change their status to Active or Inactive in one step.
Rule Only products on an Active store can be shown to corporate buyers. A store that is Inactive or still Pending Approval hides its products from the marketplace.
Limit today The Free plan allows 1 store. When you reach the limit, a Stores limit reached message offers Go to Subscription.
Limit today The Show Store and Hide Store menu item does not change anything yet. To take a store off the marketplace, set it to Inactive.
Set prices for each type of buyer
Team members whose role can edit products and pricing.
Each product carries a base price and separate prices for corporate (B2B) and individual (B2C) customers. You can turn each segment on or off, and pick how the product is priced.
Open the product's pricing
In Product Management, add or edit a product and go to its pricing part. Base Configuration holds the base price, Minimum Order Quantity, Sale Type (New, Refill or Retail) and pricing currency.
Open the product's pricing Turn customer segments on or off
Under Customer Segments, use Enable Corporate Customer Pricing for the B2B price and Enable Individual Customer Pricing for the B2C price. A segment that is off has no price for that buyer type.
Pick a pricing model
Commission Based shows the marketplace commission for the product's category and Your Revenue after commission. Fixed Amount is available only on a store that has fixed pricing enabled. RFQ only lists the product with no prices, so buyers ask for a quote.
Request fixed pricing for a store
In Store Management, open a store's actions and choose Request Fixed Pricing. An ENTEK admin reviews the request. Products saved with a fixed amount start as Draft and hidden until approved.
Rule Prices you enter exclude VAT. Set VAT under VAT Configuration: Has VAT, Zero VAT or VAT-Exempt.
Rule With RFQ only, at least one of the B2B or B2C segments must stay enabled, and a store must be selected first.
Tip Product Cost (Optional) is for your own profit tracking only. It is not shown to buyers.
Price and deliver by zone
Team members whose role can view and edit pricing.
The Pricing page links each product to your delivery zones and vehicles. For each zone you can keep the default prices or set your own B2B and B2C prices and delivery fees.
Open Pricing
Go to Setup, then Pricing. The top shows Total Products, Pricing Zones, Active Products and Total Base Value. The table lists each product with Base Price, B2B Price, B2C Price, Zones, Vehicles and Status.
Open Pricing Assign zones and vehicles
Use Add Zone and Add Vehicle on a product, or select several products and use Bulk Assign Zone and Bulk Assign Vehicles. Filters such as No zones help you find products that cannot be delivered yet.
Set zone-specific prices
Click Configure on a product. Under Zone-Specific Pricing, switch a zone from Use defaults to Custom pricing, then enter B2B Price Override, B2C Price Override, B2B Delivery Fee and B2C Delivery Fee. Click Save.
Set zone-specific prices Track zone price approvals
Some zone price changes need approval. The zone then shows a Pending badge that links to Zone Pricing Approvals, where each request shows Pending Review, Approved or Rejected with the review note.
Track zone price approvals
Tip A product with no zone and no vehicle can still be Active, but you cannot deliver it with your own fleet. Use the No zones filter to find these.
Limit today Express carriers (Aramex, DHL, FedEx, SMSA) are marked Coming soon. Zone delivery uses your own fleet.
Be seen by corporate buyers
Suppliers preparing their catalog, and corporate buyers browsing the marketplace.
Your catalog syncs to ENTEK Corporate, where buyers browse, compare and order. A product is shown only when it meets every visibility rule, and buyers see only its final B2B price.
Meet the visibility rules
A product appears in the corporate marketplace when it is Active, visible, not deleted, has corporate pricing enabled, sits on an Active store, and is filed under a valid category.
See how buyers find you
Buyers open Marketplace, then Browse Products, and use search, category filters and sort. Each card shows image, name, brand, price, minimum order and stock, with Add to Cart and RFQ buttons. They can also compare up to 3 products side by side.
See how buyers find you Keep your margins private
The marketplace listing passes only the final B2B price to buyers. Your base price, B2B cost, B2C prices, product cost and the platform commission are not returned to the buyer's catalog.
Get on a buyer's favorites list
Buyers see a supplier directory under Manage Suppliers, with a verification badge based on store status, CR or VAT on file and verified documents. Buyers can add suppliers to Favorite Suppliers, and an RFQ in Manual Selection can only go to favorites.
Get on a buyer's favorites list
Rule Turning off Enable Corporate Customer Pricing removes the product from the corporate marketplace.
Tip Many listings show Price on request today. A clear B2B price helps buyers order directly instead of asking for a quote.
Limit today There is no live view of how many buyers saw or clicked your products. The Product Performance page is demo data and is hidden.
Get matched to RFQs
Team members with RFQ access.
When a buyer sends an RFQ with Verified Auto Selection, every supplier with products in the matching categories is invited. To open RFQs, your Supplier Score must be at least 60%.
Check your Supplier Score
Click the score circle next to your logo in the sidebar. The breakdown covers Merchant profile, Stores, Products, Pricing, Logistics and Shipping, with recommendations sorted by the points each one adds.
Check your Supplier Score Unlock RFQs at 60%
Below 60%, the RFQ pages show RFQs are locked with your current score and the top fixes. A complete profile, catalog, pricing and logistics setup raises the score.
Watch the RFQ Dashboard
Under Request Quotation, Dashboard shows active negotiations, pending bids, win rate and response time. Urgent Actions lists RFQs about to expire, RFQs that need your first bid, and RFQs with updates.
Watch the RFQ Dashboard Find and answer RFQs
RFQ List shows the RFQs you were invited to. Filter with Open, Closing soon and New updates, switch between All RFQs, My bids and Shortlisted, and sort by Closing soon, Newest, Budget or Items. Open an RFQ to price the lines, add terms and delivery options, and negotiate in rounds.
Find and answer RFQs Win the purchase order
When the buyer awards your bid, a purchase order appears under Purchase Orders and you get a You won notification.
Win the purchase order
Rule Matching follows product categories. File products under the right category so auto-selected RFQs reach you.
Limit today The Free plan allows 10 RFQs.
Limit today Some RFQ Dashboard figures disagree on the same page, and the industry average response time is a fixed value. Read them as a guide only.
Invite your own customers
Team members whose role can view users.
Bring the corporate customers you already serve onto ENTEK. Each invite is linked to your company and can send an email with a sign-up link to corporate.entek.ai.
Open the Customers tab
Go to Users & Customers and choose Customers. All Customers lists buyers with Customer, Type, Contact, Orders, Value, Satisfaction and Status. The Invites sub-tab lists the customers you invited.
Open the Customers tab Add one customer
Click Add Customer and enter Name, Customer email, and optionally Phone and Address. Leave Send email invitation ticked to email a sign-up link with an optional message, or untick it to only add the customer to your directory.
Invite many customers at once
Click Bulk Invite, download the Template (.xlsx), fill one row per customer and use Upload .xlsx.
Invite many customers at once Follow your invites
The Invites sub-tab shows each invite with Email, Status, Invited by and Invited date. The customer signs up at corporate.entek.ai from the link in the email.
Tip Customer invitations are unlimited on every plan.
Rule Inviting the same email again while the invite is pending updates the existing invite instead of creating a new one.
Limit today The Satisfaction column shows N/A until buyers leave ratings. On production the customer list can load slowly and may over-count orders.
Limit today Promotions, Special Offers, Loyalty Programs and Campaigns pages exist but are hidden from the menu, and parts of them show demo figures. They are not offered as a feature today.

Common questions
Which buyers can see my products?
Corporate buyers on corporate.entek.ai. A product is shown when it is Active and visible, has corporate pricing enabled, sits on an Active store and has a valid category.
Do buyers see my cost or my B2C price?
No. The marketplace passes only the final B2B price to buyers. Your base price, cost, B2C prices and the commission stay on your side.
Why are RFQs locked for me?
RFQs open at a Supplier Score of 60%. Click the score circle next to your logo to see which steps in your profile, stores, products, pricing, logistics or shipping add the most points.
How does an RFQ reach me?
In Verified Auto Selection, every supplier with products in the RFQ's categories is invited. In Manual Selection, the buyer picks from their favorite suppliers. A World-wide RFQ also auto-assigns platform suppliers by category.
What happens when I invite a customer?
The customer is added to your directory. If Send email invitation is ticked, they get an email with a link to sign up at corporate.entek.ai. You can follow the invite in the Invites sub-tab.
Can I run promotions or a loyalty program?
Not today. These pages exist but are hidden from the menu, and nothing on the buyer side reads them yet.
Can I make offers based on a customer's IoT readings, such as tank levels?
No. No IoT data reaches the supplier portal today, so offers cannot be based on sensor readings.
