From the order to the handover, for every branch

In ENTEK Corporate, each branch orders only the products it is allowed to buy, every order is tracked in one place, and each delivery gets a proof code and a Proof-of-Delivery PDF. In ENTEK Supplier, the supplier sets up its fleet, drivers and delivery zones, moves the order to Delivered, and closes it with the customer's code.

Set up branches for delivery

Company owner or admin in ENTEK Corporate

Every order goes to a branch. Before a branch can order, it needs an exact location, delivery rules and a list of products it may buy.

  1. Add the branch and its location

Open Manage Branches, then Add Branch. Enter the branch name and type, and drop the pin on the map. Invoice name and address are required in English and Arabic.

Add the branch and its location
  2. Set the delivery rules

Under Fulfillment Guidelines, add limits for Driver, Working Hours and Vehicle. Use Additional Notes for site access details. These rules tell the delivery side when and how the site can receive goods.

  3. Choose what the branch may order

Open Assign Products to Branches, select the branch and press Assign Products. For example, diesel for a factory and LPG for a kitchen. The branch can then order only these products.

  4. Limit staff to their branch

In Assign Staff, link each user to one or more branches. A branch-scoped user sees and orders only for those branches.

    Limit staff to their branch

Rule The products shown when ordering depend on the branch's delivery zone. "No products available for this area" means no supplier covers that location yet.

Tip Many sites? Use Bulk Upload Branches instead of adding them one by one.

Limit today The number of branches depends on your plan. The Free plan allows 5.

Place an order for a branch

Ordering staff, branch managers and admins in ENTEK Corporate

New Order is one form: branch, products, delivery date, payment and confirmation. You can also make the order repeat on a schedule.

  1. Pick the delivery branch

Open Orders, then New Order, and select a branch. Its delivery location appears, and the product list loads for that branch's area. If the branch is missing, Add Branch opens a short form.

    Pick the delivery branch
  2. Add products and quantities

Search or filter by category, supplier or price, then add products and set quantities. The order lines and the payment summary, with VAT and total, update as you go.

  3. Set the delivery details

Choose a preferred delivery date and time slot, the person who signs for the delivery, and any special instructions for the driver.

  4. Choose how to pay

Choose Cash (cash on delivery), Balance (the company wallet) or Credit Card. Credit Card opens a secure hosted checkout page in a new tab after the order is placed.

  5. Place the order

Press Place Order. The server checks the price again before it accepts the order. The order appears in Order Tracker, and a delivery proof code is created for it.

  6. Make the order recurring (optional)

Turn on Recurring Order in New Order, or open Recurring Orders and press Create Recurring Order to build a template from past orders. Each template shows its frequency, for example every 1 week, its status and the next delivery.

    Make the order recurring (optional)

Limit today Time slots are a fixed list of two-hour windows, from 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The list is the same for every branch and date. It records your preference. It does not check delivery capacity.

Rule Card payment is available for orders in SAR only. Balance payment needs the order currency to match the wallet currency.

Tip Orders from the Marketplace cart land in the same Order Tracker, Live Map and Proof of Delivery pages.

Limit today Recurring orders are built and run on a server schedule, but they have not yet been shown running live with a customer.

Track orders and statuses

Operations, branch managers and finance users in ENTEK Corporate

Order Tracker, Live Map and Proof of Delivery show the same orders with the same counts. Use the tracker for detail and the map for location.

  1. Open Order Tracker

The top tiles show Total Orders, Confirmed, Delivered and Pending. The table lists each order with product, price, status, logistics status, payment status, delivery location, preferred date, branch and recurring flag.

    Open Order Tracker
  2. Filter and export

Filter by status, payment type, payment status, source (web or marketplace) and date range. Export CSV downloads every matching order, not only the visible page.

  3. Open the order details

See Details opens the order with its status, products, logistics, payment and the delivery proof code. From here you can print, share, view the delivery proof, contact support or cancel the order.

  4. Follow orders on the live map

Live Map plots orders on Google Maps, grouped when they are close. Each card shows product, address, Incoterm, payment method, paid or unpaid, and total. Click a pin or card to focus it, then open it in Order Tracker.

Follow orders on the live map
  5. Read the statuses

The order status moves from Pending to Confirmed to Delivered, or to Cancelled. The logistics status shows the delivery side, for example Accepted. The payment status shows Paid or Unpaid.

Limit today The Live Map does not show when each position was last updated. A pin that has not moved for a while looks the same as a fresh one.

Limit today Status changes made by the supplier do not all flow back to ENTEK Corporate yet. Check with the supplier if a status looks old.

Tip Set the map refresh to 1, 5, 10 or 30 minutes, or press Refresh at any time.

Handover, proof code and Proof of Delivery

The staff member who receives the goods, plus operations and finance in ENTEK Corporate; supplier staff in ENTEK Supplier

Each order gets a 6-digit delivery proof code. Your staff give it to the driver only after the goods arrive. A Proof-of-Delivery record and PDF are kept for every delivery.

  1. Receive the code by email

When the order is created, the assigned staff member gets an email with the order lines and the code, marked "Share only upon delivery".

  2. Find or resend the code

The code also appears in Order Details in Order Tracker. Resend Proof Code emails the same code again. It does not create a new one.

  3. Share the code at handover

Check the goods first. When the delivery is complete and correct, give the code to the driver.

  4. Supplier closes the order with the code

In ENTEK Supplier, the order can be set to Delivered only after a driver is assigned. If the order has a proof code, the supplier enters the customer's code to mark it Delivered.

  5. Open Proof of Delivery

The Proof of Delivery page shows Total Deliveries, Completed, Pending and Cancelled, and a table with POD ID, order reference, delivery date, status, signed by and documents.

    Open Proof of Delivery
  6. Download the POD PDF

View Details opens the delivery record. Download PDF creates a branded file with order reference, delivery date, signed by, location, products and quantities, driver name and phone, payment type and status, invoice number, branch and any attached documents.

Rule Share the code only after the goods are delivered and checked. Anyone who has the code can use it to close the order.

Limit today The code has no expiry, no "used" flag and no attempt limit. Treat it as a handover step, not as a signature.

Limit today ENTEK Supplier does not capture photos, signatures or GPS at delivery. The signature and photo fields in the POD can be empty.

Supplier delivery setup in ENTEK Supplier

Supplier owner or logistics staff in ENTEK Supplier

In Own Fleet, open Delivery Fleets and create a fleet with a manager and a maximum number of vehicles.

  2. Add vehicles

In Vehicles, add each vehicle with its type and capacity, and link it to a fleet. Bulk upload is available.

    Add vehicles

In Drivers, add each driver with phone number, assigned vehicle and availability. A driver must be assigned before an order can be marked Delivered.

  4. Draw delivery zones

In Delivery Zones, press Add Zone and draw the area on the map. Set a delivery fee and a minimum order value for each zone. Corporate branches inside the zone can then see your products.

    Draw delivery zones
  5. Price products by zone

In Pricing, attach each product to delivery zones and vehicles, and set a zone price. Zone price changes go to their own approval queue.

    Price products by zone
  6. Add freight forwarders and warehouses

In Carriers, register your own sea, air or land freight forwarders and assign them to heavy or bulk products. In Warehouses, add pickup sites for Ex Works or FCA handover.

    Add freight forwarders and warehouses

Limit today Express carriers (Aramex, DHL Express, FedEx and SMSA Express) are shown as Coming soon. Use your own fleet or your own freight forwarders today.

Limit today There is no live GPS tracking, route planning or vehicle maintenance in ENTEK Supplier today.

Tip Fleets, vehicles, drivers and zones each support bulk upload.

Supplier fulfilment and order feedback

Supplier order and logistics staff in ENTEK Supplier

Orders placed in ENTEK Corporate arrive in ENTEK Supplier automatically. The supplier quotes delivery when asked, moves the order through its statuses, assigns a driver and reviews customer feedback.

  1. Receive the order

Order Management lists each order with customer, products, total, delivery status, payment status and method, date and priority. Filter by store, customer, payment status, priority, source and date, or export.

    Receive the order
  2. Quote delivery when asked

If the buyer asks for a delivery quote, the order shows Logistics review needed. Submit an offer with price, vehicle or option, and a valid-until date. The order then shows Awaiting buyer's pick until the buyer chooses.

  3. Move the order and assign a driver

Move the status from Pending to Processing, Preparing, Shipped and Delivered, or to Cancelled. Assign a driver from your own fleet before delivery.

  4. Close with the customer's code

At handover, the customer gives the code to the driver. Enter it to mark the order Delivered. You can then submit your invoice on the order.

  5. Review order feedback

Order Feedback shows average rating, rating distribution, sentiment, recent feedback and common topics for each store.

Limit today Delivery quote requests from ENTEK Corporate are not always arriving correctly today. Some orders can stay at Logistics review needed.

Limit today Shipment Tracking does not yet list shipments created from orders, and it has no live map. Use Order Management for status.

Limit today The trend badges on Order Management and Order Feedback are fixed values. Do not read them as real trends.

Common questions

  • Does choosing a time slot reserve that slot?

No. The time slot is a fixed list of two-hour windows and records your preferred time. It does not check delivery capacity. Use the branch working hours and special instructions to set real limits.

  • What does the delivery proof code do?

It is a 6-digit code created for each order. Your staff give it to the driver only after the goods arrive, and the supplier enters it to close the order as Delivered. It has no expiry and is not a signature.

  • The code email did not arrive. What should I do?

Open the order in Order Tracker. The code is shown in Order Details, and Resend Proof Code sends the same code again by email.

  • Why does New Order show no products for my branch?

Products depend on the branch's location. If no supplier delivery zone covers it, or no products are assigned to the branch, the list stays empty.

  • Does the Proof-of-Delivery PDF include a photo and signature?

The PDF has fields for signed by, documents and photo evidence. ENTEK Supplier does not capture photos or signatures at delivery, so these fields can be empty.

  • How current is the Live Map?

The map refreshes every 1, 5, 10 or 30 minutes, or when you press Refresh. It does not show when each position was last updated.

  • Can suppliers ship with Aramex, DHL, FedEx or SMSA?

Not yet. These carriers are shown as Coming soon. Suppliers deliver with their own fleet, their own freight forwarders or warehouse pickup.
