How do O&M companies keep each client contract separate?
Add every client site as a branch, with its pin on the map and its receiving rules for driver, working hours and vehicle. Then link each supervisor or technician to the branches of their contract, so they see and order only for those sites. Roles control the rest: a role you set up can create RFQs and track orders but not see billing or manage users. Credit limits can be set per project.
How do we source spare parts for a maintenance job?
Raise a structured RFQ.
