How do we reorder the same items for every site each week?

Set up each site as a branch with its own product list, and link staff to the sites they serve, so each team sees only its own items. Under Fulfillment Guidelines, record working hours, vehicle limits and access notes, so suppliers know when the kitchen can receive. New Order then takes the branch, products, a date and a preferred two-hour slot. The assistant can send a scheduled weekly summary that only reads data.

Can AI write the RFQ for a new catering contract?

It writes the draft. Add your lines, then press Generate on the title, description, specifications, budget and payment terms. The category check marks each line Looks good, Needs review or Likely wrong, and the right category decides which suppliers are invited. Compare Offers then sets the bids side by side, and a person always awards.

How do we keep an eye on our fuel tanks?

Tank sensors report over cellular, and ENTEK IoT marks each tank Healthy, Low or Critical. A tank is Low below 35% and Critical below 20%, and thresholds can be set per tank. Each refuel and each drop is recorded as an event, and a drop nobody can explain is flagged as unexplained, never diagnosed as a leak. The alert goes to the people you name by SMS, WhatsApp or email and normally lands in about a minute.
