Ready-mix and building materials
Plants, trucks and tanks, visible within seconds.
Cement, ready-mix and precast producers run heavy fleets and large fuel tanks. ENTEK IoT reports from the field in about 2 seconds and checks your rules every 30 seconds.
What teams run on ENTEK
- Fuel drops flaggedRules catch unexplained drops and alert by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- Load weight per tripFleet status, load weight and driver fuel receipts in one view.
- Sell to contractorsENTEK Supplier handles zone prices, your own fleet and your delivery zones.
ENTEK.AI lets cement, ready-mix and precast producers see plant fuel tanks and delivery trucks on one screen, and sell to contractors on the same platform. A reading from a live truck reached ENTEK IoT in about 2 seconds, alert rules run every 30 seconds, and ENTEK Supplier handles zone prices, your own fleet and delivery zones.
How do we know when a plant fuel tank runs low or drops?
In Tanks Control, enter each tank's shape, dimensions, capacity and its minimum and maximum thresholds; the volume is calculated from the shape. Fuel Tank then marks every tank Healthy, Low or Critical, by default Low below 35% and Critical below 20%. Refuels and drops are logged as events. A drop with no known cause is reported as an unexplained drop. The platform does not diagnose a leak.
Can we see where each truck is and what it carries?
Fleet puts every truck on a live map in one of four states: parked, idling, moving or offline, with its address in a table. Open a truck for its route from the last hour back to 7 days, plus speed, fuel and load weight history. Drivers photograph fuel receipts, which are read automatically for you to approve or reject. Fleet reports cannot be exported yet.
How do we sell ready-mix to contractors on ENTEK?
In ENTEK Supplier, draw your delivery zones on the map and give each one a delivery fee and a minimum order. Add your trucks with type and capacity, link them to a fleet, add drivers, then set a price per zone. Contractor branches inside a zone see your products. At handover, your team enters the customer's code to mark the order Delivered. Inviting your current contractors has no limit on any plan.
