How do we set up a venue for one event?
Add the venue as a branch and drop its pin on the map. Set the working hours, driver and vehicle limits, so suppliers know when the site can receive goods, and put site access details in Additional Notes. Link each crew lead only to the venues they run. If a new site comes up during planning, add it from the RFQ or New Order form.
How do we get quotes in time for the event date?
Start with your lines, then let AI draft the title, description, specifications, budget and payment terms. Set the preferred delivery date, time and venue, the priority and the last date to bid. Delivery preferences per item make suppliers price the same thing, and each bid line can carry 1 to 5 delivery options. Expiring Soon counts RFQs closing within 3 days. A person always awards the bid.
How do we know the site is ready on the day?
Generator in ENTEK IoT shows each unit's running status and place on the site map, and Fuel Tank flags Low and Critical levels. Alert rules can also catch a device that goes silent or an asset that leaves a drawn zone. For deliveries, the Live Map refreshes every 1, 5, 10 or 30 minutes, and your crew hands the driver the 6-digit code only after checking the goods.
