Find products
Buyers and procurement users in ENTEK Corporate whose role gives access to the Marketplace.
Start from the category tiles or go straight to Browse Products. Every product has a detail page with its supplier, price, minimum order and logistics data.
Open Product Categories
Go to Marketplace > Product Categories. Each tile is a top-level category, such as Building Systems (MEP), Fossil Fuels or Fuel Storage & Handling, with sample sub-categories and a live count of listings. Use the Products / Services switch at the top to change the view.
Drill down the category tree
Click Explore on a tile to go down the tree. The tree has 4 levels: overreaching, main, child and sub category. This is navigation only and changes nothing.
Search and filter in Browse Products
Browse Products shows a product grid. Search by keyword and pick which field to search in, then filter by category, sort, open advanced filters, or switch between grid and list. Each card shows image, name, brand, price, minimum order and stock, with Add to Cart and RFQ buttons.
Search and filter in Browse Products Ask for AI suggestions (optional)
Use Ask AI or Smart Suggestions > View Recommendations to get product recommendations. These calls use AI tokens from your company plan. You still choose and buy yourself.
Read the product detail page
The page shows the category path, description, supplier, price per unit with "+15% VAT at checkout", minimum order, and product ID, brand, model, SKU, MPN, UPC, HS code and documents. Tabs cover Details, Specs, Logistics & shipping (cargo type, packaging, Incoterms) and Reviews.
Read the product detail page Choose the next action
Set the quantity, then choose Add to Cart to buy direct, Request Quote to start an RFQ prefilled with this product, or Add to Compare. Share and Save are also on the page.
Limit today Most listings today show "Price on request" and stock as 0. For these items, use Request Quote instead of the cart.
Rule Listing counts on the tiles change as suppliers add or remove products. Do not use them as fixed figures.
Tip The Marketplace works fully in Arabic, right to left. Switch the language from the top bar.
Compare products
Buyers and engineers who need a like-for-like check before a purchase or an RFQ.
Compare Products puts up to 3 items side by side so you can check price, minimum order, stock and attributes across suppliers before you buy.
Open Compare Products
Go to Marketplace > Compare, or click Add to Compare on a product detail page. The page reads "Compare up to 3 products side by side".
Open Compare Products Find the products to compare
Search by product name, search categories by their full 4-level path, or narrow the list to one supplier. Each card shows price, minimum order and stock.
Add up to 3 products
Click + on a card to add it. The selected products line up side by side with price, minimum order, stock and attributes.
Use AI comparison or export
Run the AI comparison to get a written summary of the differences. It uses AI tokens. Click Export to download the comparison and share it with your team.
Product Configurator opens solar sizing
The Marketplace menu item Product Configurator opens a solar system configurator. You select a branch and run a quick scan to get a rough solar sizing for that site. It is not a general product builder.
Limit today Many compared items show "Out of Stock" today. The cart checks price and availability again on the server, so treat the stock column as a guide only.
Limit today The Product Configurator label does not match the page. It is the same solar sizing tool that is also reachable from the analytics area.
Rule You can compare at most 3 products at a time.
Supplier directory, verification and invites
Procurement leads who build and maintain the company's supplier list.
Manage Suppliers is one page with three blocks: your supplier invites, your favorite suppliers, and a searchable directory of 320+ Saudi suppliers. You can also bring your own suppliers onto ENTEK.
Open Manage Suppliers and search
Go to Marketplace > Manage Suppliers. Search the directory by name and filter by category. Each card shows logo, status badge, Delivery and/or Pickup, and city.
Open Manage Suppliers and search Understand the verification badge
The "How verification works" panel lists what the badge is based on: store active on the marketplace, CR or VAT number on file, at least one verified document or certification, certification and compliance status where available, and registration documents. It is not a rating.
View a supplier profile
Click View Profile on a card to open the supplier's profile details before you buy or invite them to an RFQ.
Add suppliers to favorites
Click the heart on a card, or use Add to Favorites. Favorite suppliers appear in their own block at the top of the page. Click the heart again to remove one.
Invite your own suppliers
Click Invite Supplier to invite one supplier, or Bulk Invite to upload many at once. The supplier receives an invitation to join ENTEK Supplier.
Invite your own suppliers Track invites
Sent invites appear in the Supplier Invites block. When the supplier accepts, the invite status updates. The supplier then completes its profile in ENTEK Supplier and can list products and receive your RFQs.
Rule The verification badge applies only to suppliers in this directory. Suppliers found through the worldwide search in an RFQ are not vetted.
Limit today The AI Advisor button on this page is disabled today. Ask AI and Export work.
Tip Inviting the suppliers you already use lets you keep your current prices and relationships while moving the paperwork onto ENTEK.
Buy direct: cart, checkout and add-ons
Buyers who place orders for one or more branches.
Items with a listed price can go straight to the cart. The server checks price and availability again before the order is placed, and the order then follows the same tracking and delivery flow as every other order.
Add items to the cart
Click Add to Cart on a product card or detail page. The cart keeps your items in this browser and is re-priced and re-checked on the server.
Review availability warnings
The cart shows a warning on any line whose price or availability changed. Adjust or remove those lines before checkout.
Check out to a branch
Open checkout and choose the delivery branch. Items are grouped by supplier and currency. A cart with more than one currency is placed as separate orders, one per currency.
Choose a payment method and place the order
Pick Cash, Bank Transfer, Balance (the company wallet) or Pay by card (secure link), which opens a hosted checkout page. Price and availability are verified once more on the server just before the order is placed.
Follow the order
The order appears in Order Tracker with a Marketplace badge, next to orders from other sources. The supplier receives it in ENTEK Supplier under Order Management.
Follow the order Browse add-ons
Marketplace > Addons lists optional monitoring and IoT solutions, each with a price and key benefits. Filter by category and sort, then open View Details. Purchase starts from the details page.
Rule Every checkout needs a delivery branch. Set up your branches first.
Tip For orders placed from New Order, each branch sees only the products assigned to it in Branches > Assign Products to Branches.
Limit today Card payment is a hosted payment link, not a stored card. Bank Transfer orders need a proof upload in Finance.
Limit today Many add-ons are monitoring tools that run on ENTEK IoT, a separate product. The IoT pages inside ENTEK Corporate are not live yet.
Supplier side: build the catalogue
Supplier catalogue managers and admins in ENTEK Supplier.
Everything a buyer sees in the Marketplace is published by suppliers in ENTEK Supplier. Suppliers add products by hand, by Excel import, or by OCR and AI fill from a datasheet or image.
Complete the profile and create a store
The portal stays locked until the Merchant Profile is complete (CR, VAT, address, specializations, stamp, key personnel). Then create a store, alone or by bulk upload, and pass store approval. Quick Setup walks through store, products, logistics and pricing.
Complete the profile and create a store Add a product
Go to Setup > Product Management > Add Product. Pick the category in the tree, for example Building Systems (MEP) > Building Automation & Controls > Actuators & Control Valves > Damper Actuators, and fill the mandatory attributes for that category. Each product gets its own reference number, SKU and brand.
Import many products or fill from a document
Use Import to upload products in bulk from an Excel file. To save typing, use OCR or AI fill to read product data from a datasheet or an image, then review the fields before saving.
Set the shipping profile
For each product, choose how it ships: own fleet, freight forwarder, or warehouse handover (Ex Works / FCA).
Manage the product list
Product Management lists each product with reference, store, type, base / B2B / B2C price and status. Filter by store, status, category, type, VAT and visibility, and use Export to download the catalogue.
Manage the product list Follow product approvals
Changes to approval-required fields go to the approval queue. Other changes are approved at once and marked "Auto-approved: no approval-required fields changed". Open Approvals to see each request and its status.
Follow product approvals
Rule The Free plan allows 1 store. Upgrade the plan to add more stores.
Limit today Express carriers (Aramex, DHL, FedEx, SMSA) are marked "Coming soon". Use your own fleet, a freight forwarder or warehouse handover today.
Tip The AI Assistant in ENTEK Supplier can create stores, products, zones and prices for you. It asks for your approval before it saves anything.
Supplier side: prices, zones and price approvals
Supplier pricing and sales managers in ENTEK Supplier.
Each product carries three prices: base, B2B and B2C. Suppliers can also link products to delivery zones and vehicles so that price and delivery depend on where the customer is. Zone price changes have their own approval queue.
Set base, B2B and B2C prices
In each product, enter the base price, the B2B price for companies and the B2C price for individual buyers, together with VAT type, sale type and pricing model.
Open the Pricing page
Setup > Pricing shows every product with base, B2B and B2C price, its zones, its vehicles and its status. The top cards show total products, pricing zones, active products and total base value.
Open the Pricing page Define delivery zones
In Logistics & Shipping > Own Fleet > Delivery Zones, add zones one by one or by bulk upload. Each zone has a delivery fee and a minimum order.
Define delivery zones Attach zones and vehicles to a product
On the Pricing page, click Add Zone and Add Vehicle on a product row. Set the price for each zone so the buyer's location decides the price and the delivery coverage.
Follow zone price approvals
Zone price changes go to Zone Pricing Approvals. The page counts total, pending, approved and rejected requests, and you can search by product, zone or store and filter by status.
Follow zone price approvals Prices reach the Marketplace
Products, stores, categories, delivery zones and zone prices sync from ENTEK Supplier to ENTEK Corporate. Buyers then see the products in the Marketplace, and corporate admins can assign zone products to their branches.
Limit today The system does not warn when a B2B or B2C price is far below the base price. Check your numbers before saving.
Limit today A product can be Active with no zone and no vehicle. Attach at least one zone so delivery coverage and price are clear to buyers.
Rule Use "Select all filtered" on the Pricing page to apply a status change to many products at once.

Common questions
Why do most products show "Price on request"?
Many suppliers price per order, based on quantity and delivery location. Click Request Quote on the product to start an RFQ prefilled with it, and suppliers will bid.
Are all suppliers verified?
The badge applies to suppliers in the directory and is based on on-file signals such as an active store, CR or VAT number and verified documents. It is not a rating. Suppliers found through the RFQ worldwide search are not vetted.
Can we buy from suppliers we already use?
Yes. Invite them from Manage Suppliers, one by one or in bulk. Once they join ENTEK Supplier and list their products, you can buy from them or send them RFQs.
What if a price changes after I add an item to the cart?
The cart is re-priced on the server and flags changed lines. Price and availability are checked once more right before the order is placed.
Can one checkout include several suppliers?
Yes. Checkout groups items by supplier and currency. If the cart has more than one currency, it is placed as separate orders, one per currency.
How does a supplier charge different prices to companies, consumers or regions?
Each product has a base, B2B and B2C price, and the supplier can set prices per delivery zone. Zone price changes go through an approval queue.
