Track order and delivery metrics
Buyers, operations and procurement leads with the View all orders permission.
Order Tracker is where a buyer sees how many orders are open and how many arrived on time. The counts and charts cover your whole order history.
Open Order Tracker
In the sidebar, open Orders & Shipments, then Order Tracker. Four tiles at the top show Total Orders, Confirmed, Delivered and Pending.
Open Order Tracker Read the Delivery Performance chart
Scroll down to Delivery Performance. Each point is a month and shows the On Time percentage. Hover a point to see On Time, Late and Total for that month.
Know what on time means
An order counts as on time when its delivery date is on or before the preferred date set on the order. Orders without a preferred date or a delivery date are left out of the chart.
Filter the list and export
Use the search box, status, payment and source filters, and Start Date and End Date to narrow the order list. Export CSV downloads the list for your own reports.
Rule Set a realistic preferred date on every order. It is the only date the on-time share is measured against.
Limit today The date filters narrow the order list only. The tiles and charts always show your whole order history.
Limit today There is no on-time target you can set for your company. The chart shows the result, not a goal.
Check figures for each branch
Owners, admins and branch managers with the View all branches permission.
Every order, staff member and alert belongs to a branch. Manage Branches shows the totals for your company and a detail page for each site.
Open View All Branches
In the sidebar, open Manage Branches. The cards at the top show Total Branches against your plan limit, Total Staff and Active Alerts.
Open View All Branches Open one branch
Click a branch to open its detail page. The header shows its counts of Staff, Orders and Alerts, then Branch Information and Management & Maintenance with Last Maintenance and Next Maintenance.
Review branch alerts
Open Branch Alerts to see the alerts for that site. Use Mark as Read when an alert has been handled, or Mark as Unread to keep it open. The Alerts count shows only unread ones.
Export the branch data
From the more actions menu on the branch page, choose Export Data to take the branch record into your own reports.
Rule The Free plan allows up to 5 branches. The limit is enforced by the server.
Limit today The consumption card on View All Branches shows 0 until meter data is linked to a branch.
Limit today There are no per-branch targets or service levels to set today. The pages show counts, not goals.
Compare supplier track records
Procurement users with the Compare suppliers or Create RFQ permission.
Before you buy or send an RFQ, you can see each supplier's recent delivery and bidding record next to its certifications and team.
Open Compare Suppliers
In the sidebar, open Marketplace, then Compare Suppliers. The page is titled Manage Suppliers and lists the suppliers you can work with.
Open Compare Suppliers Open the Performance tab
Click View Profile on a supplier and open Performance. You see Orders, Shipments, Delivered shipments and On-time deliveries for the last 30 days, plus Returns, Cancelled orders, Offers submitted, Offers won and Negotiations.
Compare side by side
Use Add to Comparison on two or more suppliers. The comparison view puts the same performance figures in columns so you can read them together.
Rule These figures cover all of the supplier's customers, not only your company. The page says so under the figures.
Limit today Sales values are not shared with buyers. Only counts are shown.
Tip If a supplier has no activity yet, the page shows Performance data not yet available.
Read the supplier scorecard
Supplier owners and managers on ENTEK Supplier.
Each supplier has a Performance tab in Merchant Profile. It compares the last 30 days with fixed targets and colors each figure as good, warning or critical.
Open Merchant Profile, then Performance
In the sidebar, open Settings & Support, then Merchant Profile, and select the Performance tab. Key Performance Indicators show Orders (30d), Revenue (30d), On-time Delivery with a 95% target, and Bid Win Rate with a 40% target.
Open Merchant Profile, then Performance Check operational performance
Operational Performance shows Avg Delivery Time against 24 hours, Return Rate against 5% and Cancellation Rate against 10%. For these three, lower is better.
Check bids and invoices
Pricing Competitiveness shows Response Speed against 24 hours, Win Rate and Price vs Winners. Market Share shows Invoiced, Collected and Invoice Count for 30 days. Flexibility & Customization shows Negotiation Success against 60%, Bids Submitted and Bids Won.
Refresh the figures
Click Refresh Metrics to recalculate after new deliveries, bids or invoices.
Rule On-time Delivery counts a shipment as on time when it is delivered at or before its ETA.
Rule A figure is good at 90% of its target or better, warning from 70%, and critical below that. For lower-is-better figures, good means 80% of the target or less.
Limit today Targets are the same for every supplier and cannot be changed by the supplier or the buyer.
Review customer feedback on orders
Supplier staff who handle orders and customer service.
Order Feedback collects ratings and comments on a supplier's orders, so the team can see satisfaction per store and the topics that come up most.
Open Order Feedback
In the sidebar, open Orders & Shipments, then Order Feedback. The page is titled Customer Feedback & Ratings and shows Average Rating, Total Reviews and Satisfaction Score.
Read the distribution and sentiment
Rating Distribution shows how many reviews got each star level. Sentiment Analysis groups reviews by tone. Satisfaction Score is the share of reviews with 4 stars or more.
Search and filter recent feedback
In Recent Feedback, search by product, order reference, customer or comment, filter by rating and date, and download the list. Common Feedback Topics shows the themes that repeat.
Limit today Response Rate and the small trend badges on this page are fixed placeholder values. Do not use them in reports.
Limit today Suppliers cannot reply to a review yet.
Set device rules and alert recipients
Operations teams and admins on ENTEK IoT.
In ENTEK IoT, a rule is the service level for a device: for example, a tank must stay above a minimum volume. When a reading breaks a rule, an alert opens and the named people are told.
Open Alerts
In the IoT app, open Alerts. Active Alerts shows Total Active, Critical, Warning, Info and Unacknowledged, with filters for severity and status.
Add a rule to a device
Open Add alert & notification, find the device under Delivery & Alert Settings, and open it. On Alert Rules, click Add Alert Setting, choose a condition such as Min value, pick the signal and the value, then Save Changes.
Choose who gets notified
On Who gets notified, add email, SMS and WhatsApp recipients for the device. Company-wide recipients get alerts from every device.
Acknowledge and review history
When someone takes ownership of an alert, they click Acknowledge. Past alerts are in Alert History. Delivery & Alert Settings shows how many messages were sent and how many failed for each device.
Rule Rules can check a threshold with info, warning and critical levels, a value that stays past the threshold for set minutes, a status left open too long, a device that goes silent, or an asset that leaves a drawn zone.
Rule Rules are checked every 30 seconds and notices go out about every minute. Do not describe alerts as instant.
Limit today There are no push notifications. Channels are email, SMS and WhatsApp.
Limit today Acknowledge times are not measured against a response target, and alerts do not escalate on their own.

Common questions
How is on-time delivery measured for our orders?
A delivered order is on time when its delivery date is on or before the preferred date on the order. Order Tracker shows the share per month.
Can we set our own targets or SLAs for a branch or a supplier?
Not today. Corporate pages show results without targets. Supplier targets are fixed and the same for every supplier.
Do supplier figures show only our orders?
No. They cover all of the supplier's customers over the last 30 days. Sales values are not shown.
What are the supplier targets?
On-time Delivery 95%, Bid Win Rate 40%, Avg Delivery Time 24 hours, Return Rate 5%, Cancellation Rate 10%, Response Speed 24 hours and Negotiation Success 60%.
How fast do device alerts arrive?
Rules are checked every 30 seconds, and messages go out by email, SMS or WhatsApp about every minute, in English or Arabic.
Is there one page with all our KPIs?
The Dashboard has a KPIs page, but it is hidden by default and not ready for use. Use Order Tracker, Manage Branches and the IoT Alerts page instead.
