How do contractors control purchasing per project?
Finance sets a credit limit per project, so each site buys now and pays later inside an approved amount. The table shows each limit, what is used and what remains, and a Near Limit card warns before purchases get blocked. Wallet top-ups can be allocated to a project too. Projects pay by credit line or bank transfer, with statements and VAT invoices for every order.
How do we get quotes for a large site order?
Write a structured RFQ and attach your files (PDF, DOC or XLS, up to 10 MB). Choose who receives it: verified auto selection, manual selection, or worldwide, where leads are not vetted by ENTEK. Suppliers bid, you negotiate in rounds, compare the bids and award one, and the purchase order is issued in the same step. AI can draft the RFQ text, but your users make the award.
How do we track machines and generators across sites?
In ENTEK IoT, create a project with its manager, dates and a site boundary drawn on the map, then assign machines to it. Each machine shows fuel level, engine temperature, running hours and fuel flow in litres per hour. Generators show their running status and location on the site map. A site that needs generators without upfront capital can request them through Asset-as-a-Service.
