Spend, orders and branches in one view

ENTEK Corporate puts your financial position, statements, order and RFQ counts, branch totals and a Scope 2 emissions report on screens your team already uses, each with its own permission. ENTEK Supplier gives each supplier a revenue and orders overview for the period they choose.

Read your financial position

Finance and procurement users who hold the View reports permission.

The Financial Hub is the first page under Analytics & Reports. It brings your wallet, credit, payments, statements and contracts together on one page, with shortcuts into each finance screen.

  1. Open the Financial Hub

In the sidebar, open Analytics & Reports and choose Financial Hub. If your role does not have View reports, the page shows a message asking you to contact your administrator.

    Open the Financial Hub
  2. Read the four cards

The top row shows Monthly Spend, Outstanding, Credit Available with your total credit limit, and Last Payment with its date. Amounts use your company currency.

  3. Use the shortcut cards

Cards for Account Statements, Manage Contracts, Credit Limits, Upload Payment and Top-Up Balance each show one live fact, such as the last statement date, active contracts, categories near their limit, the last upload or the current balance. Click a card to open that screen.

  4. Check credit and spend charts

The Credit Limits list flags any limit that is almost reached, with View All to open Credit Limits. Below it, the spend trend and Spend by Category charts show a No data message until payments and orders exist.

    Check credit and spend charts
  5. Export or print the summary

Export downloads a CSV file named financial_report with the date. Print opens a clean report view in a new window that you can print or save as PDF.

Limit today The Monthly Spend card is not calculated yet and shows zero. Use Account Statements for spend by period.

Limit today The spend trend chart covers the last 7 days of payments, not months.

Rule Each finance screen behind a shortcut checks its own permission, so a user may see the Hub but not open every card.

Find and export statements and invoices

Finance users with the View account statements permission.

Account Statements & Invoicing holds the statements and VAT invoices that ENTEK posts from its ERP. You can search, filter, open details and export what you see.

  1. Open Account Statements

Go to Analytics & Reports, then Account Statements. Choose the Monthly Statements tab or the Invoices tab.

  2. Narrow the list

Search by text, then pick a period (All Time, This Month, This Quarter, This Year) and a status (Paid, Pending, Overdue).

  3. Open the details

View Details on a statement shows the opening and closing balance, total debits and credits, notes and related invoices. On an invoice it shows the number, dates, amount, payment method and payment reference.

  4. Export the current view

Export Excel downloads a CSV file that opens in Excel. Export PDF creates a PDF report. Both export the active tab with your current filters.

Rule Statements and invoices are posted by ENTEK from its ERP. They are not created inside the page.

Tip Contact support if a figure does not match your records. The page says so in its information box.

Limit today Export Center and Project ROI appear under Analytics & Reports but have no data source yet. Use the exports on each screen instead.

03

Track order, recurring and RFQ counts

Buyers and managers with View all orders, and RFQ owners with Manage RFQ.

Order and sourcing screens open with count cards computed by the platform across your whole history, not from the page you are looking at. Charts and exports sit on the same screens.

  1. Read the Order Tracker cards

Orders, then Track Orders, opens with Total Orders, Confirmed, Delivered and Pending. Below them, Order Volume by Product and Delivery Performance charts show trends over time.

    Read the Order Tracker cards
  2. Filter and export orders

Filter by status, payment type, payment status, source and date range. Export CSV pages through the full result on the server, so the file holds every matching order, not only the visible page.

  3. Check recurring and delivery counts

Recurring Orders shows Recurring Orders, Confirmed, Delivered and Cancelled. Proof of Delivery shows Total Deliveries, Completed, Pending and Cancelled for the same orders.

  4. Watch RFQ status at a glance

Marketplace, then Manage RFQs & Bids, opens with Ready for PO, Pending Approval, Active Bids and Expiring Soon, followed by every RFQ with its status, latest offer, bid count and expiry.

Watch RFQ status at a glance

Rule Counts come from the platform for your whole history. Do not add up rows on one page to get a total.

Tip The same order, RFQ and recurring counts are available to your own systems through the ENTEK API: get_order_metrics, get_order_charts, get_rfq_metrics and get_recurrence_metrics.

04

See branch totals

Managers with the View all branches permission.

The Branches page shows how many sites you have against your plan limit, how many people are assigned, and where each site is on the map.

  1. Open View Branches

Open Manage Branches. The Branch Limit Status banner shows your plan and branches used against the limit. Cards show Total Branches, Total Staff and Active Alerts.

    Open View Branches
  2. Filter and switch views

Search and filter by type and status, then switch between the map and the list.

  3. Export the branch list

Export downloads the branch list as a CSV file for reporting or audit.

  4. Pull branch totals by API

get_branch_metrics returns branch_count, active, maintenance and inactive counts, and membership_count, for the branches you are allowed to see. Pass a branch_id to narrow it to one site.

Rule The branch total on the screen is company wide against your plan. The API count covers only branches you are authorized for, so the two can differ.

Rule A person assigned to two branches counts twice in membership totals.

05

Read the Scope 2 emissions report

Sustainability, facility and finance users preparing a report or an audit.

The Emissions Report turns the grid electricity your sites bought into a Scope 2 figure, shows how it was calculated, and states which sites are left out and why.

  1. Open the report

In the Intelligence group of the sidebar, choose Emissions Report. The title states the reporting period.

    Open the report
  2. Read the three cards

Scope 2 emissions in tCO2e, electricity used in kWh, and the share of the figure that comes from actual bills.

  3. Check the method and the gaps

A method box shows the factor used, 0.499 kg CO2e per kWh from ECRA, 2023, with a link to the methods page. If some sites have no electricity data, a box says how many are left out rather than counted as zero, with a link to connect data.

  4. Review each site

The By site table lists each site with its consumption, renewable share, the basis of the figure (bill or entered by hand) and its emissions.

Rule Scope 1 and Scope 3 are not estimated here. Record them in ESG, which the report links to.

Limit today The report is read only. No export or PDF button was found on this page.

06

Supplier: see revenue and orders over time

Supplier owners and staff who can open Analytics & Reports.

In ENTEK Supplier, Analytics & Reports opens on an Overview of the supplier's own sales for the period they choose.

  1. Open the Overview

In the supplier sidebar, open Analytics & Reports, then Overview. The page loads for your company.

    Open the Overview
  2. Choose a period

Pick Last Month, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months or Last Year. Last 6 Months is the default. Refresh reloads the figures and the activity feed.

  3. Read the four cards

Total Revenue, Active Customers, Total Orders and Units sold for the chosen period.

  4. Read trends and segments

Revenue Trend plots revenue and orders over the period. Customer Segments shows the split of your customers as a percentage. Recent Activity lists your last 10 notifications.

Limit today In English the Overview shows revenue with a $ sign, while the supplier Dashboard shows the same amount in SAR. The amount is the same.

Rule Only the Overview and Contract & Documents are in the supplier sidebar. Other analytics pages are not part of the product today.

Common questions

  • Where do I see what we spent?

Account Statements lists statements and invoices by period and status. The Financial Hub gives a summary of balance, credit and last payment.

  • Are the order counts complete or just one page?

Complete. The count cards are computed by the platform across your whole history, and Export CSV on the Order Tracker includes every matching order.

  • Which formats can we export?

CSV from the Order Tracker, Branches and Financial Hub, CSV and PDF from Account Statements, and a printable view of the Financial Hub.

  • Can we pull these numbers into our own tools?

Yes. The ENTEK API offers get_order_metrics, get_order_charts, get_rfq_metrics, get_recurrence_metrics and get_branch_metrics, scoped to your company and your permissions.

  • How is the Scope 2 figure calculated?

Grid electricity used, multiplied by 0.499 kg CO2e per kWh from ECRA, 2023. Each site shows whether its figure came from a bill or was entered by hand, and sites with no data are left out.

  • Why can a colleague see the Hub but not open Statements?

Each screen checks its own permission. Ask your administrator to add View account statements to that role.

  • What does a supplier see?

Total revenue, active customers, total orders and units sold, a revenue trend, customer segments and recent activity, for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
