How do we watch tanks and assets at sites nobody visits daily?
Each device joins one registry with a name, its IMEI and its model, and connects over the cellular network, so no gateway is needed on site. One map shows vehicles, assets and devices as layers you switch on or off. Fuel Tank marks each tank Healthy, Low or Critical, with thresholds you can set per tank. A device counts as online when it has reported in the last 60 minutes.
Which problems can trigger an alert, and who receives it?
You write the rules: a value below a minimum or above a maximum, something open too long, no signal for a set time, or a device leaving a zone drawn on the map. Each rule has a severity and a hold time before it counts. Recipients can cover one device or the whole company, and messages go by email, SMS or WhatsApp in each person's language. A delivery log shows what was sent or failed.
How do we control access across many regions?
Roles carry permissions per module, and staff are limited to the branches they are assigned to. Everyone signs in with two-factor login. Head office decides which products each branch may order, and a branch needs a map location before products are assigned. When a site needs a quote, an RFQ can go to every verified supplier that lists items in that category.
