How does a hotel group keep each property inside its own budget?
Finance sets credit limits per product category or per project, so a property buys now and pays later within the amount finance set. The Near Limit card counts limits above 80% usage. To raise one, request an increase from its row with supporting documents, at least 5 business days ahead. A wallet top-up can also be allocated to one category or project, and statements export to Excel or PDF.
Can a hotel add rooftop solar or backup power without buying it?
Yes, through Asset-as-a-Service. A property can take rooftop solar, battery storage or generators for backup with no upfront capex, and pays a monthly fee instead of buying the equipment. Request it online for that property's branch, on a term of 10, 15 or 20 years. ENTEK handles the assessment, proposal and contract, and the final price and terms come in the signed contract after a site assessment.
Can a hotel report ESG figures per room?
Yes. In ESG setup, pick Hotels and Lodging from the 8 SASB industries and enter rooms and room nights sold, so metrics are sized per room. Scope 2 is filled from the electricity recorded for each property, and headcount from your staff records. The overview shows missing metrics by pillar. Packs for SASB, GRI, TCFD, CDP, IFRS S1, IFRS S2 or ISSB download as PDF. They are drafts, not audited reports.
