Pay for orders
Buyers who place orders, and finance users who record bank transfers.
Every order is paid at checkout with one method. The method you can pick depends on where you order: New Order or the Marketplace cart. Bank transfers are closed by uploading proof against the invoice.
Choose a payment method at checkout
New Order offers Cash, Balance and Credit Card. The Marketplace cart offers Cash, Bank Transfer, Balance and Pay by card (secure link). Prices are checked again by the server when you submit.
Pay from the company wallet
Choose Balance to pay from the prepaid company wallet. The option is blocked when the order currency does not match the wallet currency.
Pay by card through a hosted link
After the order is placed, a secure payment page from our ERP opens in a new tab. Card payment is available for orders in SAR only.
Upload proof of a bank transfer
Open Finance > Upload Payment. Select the invoice reference and payment method, then enter the amount and payment date. Attach the receipt (PNG, JPG or PDF, up to 10 MB) and add notes if needed.
Upload proof of a bank transfer Wait for review
Submit Payment sends the proof to ENTEK finance. Review is manual and takes 1-2 business days. The result appears in Payment History, which you can search, filter by status and export.
Rule Card payment works for SAR orders only. For other currencies the card option is disabled.
Rule Make the transfer amount match the invoice and include the invoice reference in the transfer.
Limit today The Payment Status box on Upload Payment does not yet reflect your real counts. Use Payment History as the record.
Limit today Apple Pay, PayPal and eFawateer are not offered at checkout.
Company wallet and top-up
Finance users who manage company funds.
The company wallet is a prepaid balance that orders can be paid from. You fund it by bank transfer, and ENTEK finance approves each top-up.
Check the current balance
Open Finance > Top-up Balance. Current Balance shows at the top right. The wallet is created for your company the first time it is used.
Fill the top-up request
Enter the amount. Currency is set from your company. Payment method is Bank Transfer. Add the payment date and, if you want, allocate the funds to a category or project.
Fill the top-up request Attach the transfer receipt and submit
Upload a clear image or PDF of the bank receipt (PNG, JPG or PDF, up to 10 MB). Add notes if needed, then select Submit Request.
Track the request
Request Status counts Pending Review, Approved and Rejected requests. Top-ups are processed within 1-2 business days. Request History lists each request and can be exported.
Rule Users cannot edit the wallet balance directly. It changes only through approved top-ups and payments.
Limit today Top-up is by bank transfer only. There is no online card top-up.
Tip Include the reference number in your bank transfer so finance can match it quickly.
Credit lines and credit limits
Finance managers. Viewing limits is a separate permission (View credit limits).
Credit limits let you buy now and pay later inside approved amounts. Each limit is set per product category or per project, so spending stays under control.
Read the summary
Open Finance > Credit Limits. Total Credit is the sum across all categories. Available Credit is what is ready to use. Near Limit counts categories above 80% usage.
Read the summary Review each limit
The table shows Category, Type, Credit Limit, Used, Remaining, Usage, Status and Last Updated. Search by category or project, filter by type, or export the list.
Review each limit Add a new limit
Select Add New Limit and choose the category or project and the amount. The new limit appears in the table.
Add a new limit Request a limit increase
From a limit row, request an increase and attach supporting documents. ENTEK finance reviews and approves the request outside the app.
Rule Request increases at least 5 business days in advance. Every increase needs finance approval.
Tip Watch the Near Limit card to avoid blocked purchases in a busy category.
Financial hub, statements, invoices and contracts
Finance and procurement teams, auditors.
The Financial Hub is the overview for finance. From it you reach statements and VAT invoices, which come from our ERP (Odoo), and the contracts that govern your orders.
Open the Financial Hub
Cards show Monthly Spend, Outstanding, Credit Available and Last Payment. Shortcuts lead to Account Statements, Manage Contracts, Credit Limits, Upload Payment and Top-Up Balance. You can export or print the page.
Open the Financial Hub Find a statement or invoice
Open Account Statements. Switch between the Monthly Statements and Invoices tabs and set the period filter. Statements include VAT.
Find a statement or invoice Export for your accounting system
Use Export Excel or Export PDF to download statements and invoices for reconciliation and audit.
Add a contract
Open Manage Contracts and select New Contract. Enter the title, category, start and end dates, value and the person assigned, and upload the contract file.
Add a contract Track contracts
The table lists Title, Category, Start Date, End Date, Value, Status and Assigned To. Search contracts and open or download the stored files from Actions.
Limit today The spend trend chart in the hub currently shows the last 7 days, not months.
Limit today Statements are produced by ENTEK back-office and ERP processes. A fixed monthly generation date is not confirmed.
Limit today Settings > Billing (your ENTEK plan) shows plan and limits, but billing history and payment method may not load yet.
Asset-as-a-Service
Facility, finance and procurement leads planning site assets.
Asset-as-a-Service lets a branch get solar, battery storage, generators, EV charging or a hybrid system with no upfront capex. You pay a monthly or per-kWh fee instead. You request it online, and our team handles assessment, proposal and contract.
Browse the service catalog
Each offer shows its term and an indicative starting price. Filter by type and open View Details. Prices are indicative and subject to site assessment.
Submit a request for a branch
Enter the project name, branch, site location, solution type, term (10, 15 or 20 years), expected load in kW, required go-live date, approvers and notes. Attach feasibility or site documents (PDF or DOC, up to 10 MB).
Internal approval and assessment
Your approvers review the request first. ENTEK then makes an initial assessment within 1-2 business days, followed by a site assessment.
Proposal and contract
Our team sends the proposal and contract offline. Once signed, you can store the contract in Manage Contracts next to your other agreements.
View active subscriptions
Active Subscriptions lists your contracted services with total, active count and monthly cost, filtered by status and branch.
Tip Type the site location before you pick the branch. Picking the branch first can lock the location field and block submission.
Rule Catalog SLA figures and prices are not contract terms. Only the signed contract binds.
Limit today Performance, billing and equipment pages for subscriptions are not available yet. Invoices for signed deals appear in Account Statements.
Supplier finance in ENTEK Supplier
Supplier owners and finance staff with the Finance permissions.
Suppliers invoice the buyer, and ENTEK collects the payment and holds it. The ENTEK finance engine then shows the supplier what is owed, what will be paid and what ENTEK has charged. These pages are read-only.
Add a bank account for payouts
Open Finance > Settings > Banking and select Add bank account. Enter the IBAN that payouts should go to.
Add a bank account for payouts Submit your invoice
On a delivered order, submit your own sales invoice to the buyer. You can also use Upload sales invoice on the Account Statement page.
Read Earnings & Payouts
Four figures answer your main questions: Owed to me, Expected next payout, Received to date and Charged by ENTEK. Each is marked Confirmed (in the ledger) or Estimate (projected). The same figures appear by store and order by order.
Read Earnings & Payouts Check the ledger and ageing
The Finance ledger has four tabs: Documents, Obligations, Orders and Statements. Obligations shows what ENTEK owes you by age: Current, 1 to 30, 31 to 60, 61 to 90 and over 90 days, with due date, settled and remaining amounts.
Check the ledger and ageing Pull an account statement
Open Account Statement, choose one store and set the period dates. The statement shows a running balance for that store's account.
Generate commercial documents
In Contract & Documents, create quotations, proforma and commercial invoices, packing lists, supply agreements, customer contracts and purchase orders from your own records. Documents carry your company stamp and can be approved and downloaded.
Generate commercial documents
Rule ENTEK commission is charged at settlement at month end, not at delivery. Expected next payout already deducts the estimated commission.
Tip Check the Last updated time at the top of each finance page before you rely on a figure.
Limit today Payout execution has not yet been observed in production. Received to date stays at zero until the first payout is made.
Limit today Buyers pay on ENTEK Corporate or offline. Suppliers cannot take card payments in ENTEK Supplier.

Common questions
Which payment methods can we use?
Cash on delivery, the company wallet (Balance), bank transfer with proof upload, or card through a secure hosted link. The available set depends on whether you order through New Order or the Marketplace cart.
How long does it take to approve a top-up or a bank transfer?
ENTEK finance reviews each one manually, usually within 1-2 business days.
Can we top up the wallet with a card?
No. Top-up is by bank transfer with a receipt upload.
Why is card payment disabled on my order?
Card payment is available for orders in SAR only.
Where do VAT invoices come from?
From our ERP (Odoo). You find them in Account Statements under the Invoices tab and can export them to PDF or Excel.
Does Asset-as-a-Service need upfront capital?
No. You pay a monthly or per-kWh fee. Final pricing and terms come in the signed contract after a site assessment.
When does a supplier get paid?
ENTEK collects from the buyer and holds the amount until its due date. Commission is deducted at month-end settlement, and the payout goes to the bank account in Finance Settings.
