How do we track trucks and containers during a trip?
Smart Lock follows a locked container through a planned trip. You save stop locations as zones on the map, and when GPS places the vehicle inside a zone, the stop is marked arrived with no clicks. Drivers send proof photos from the live camera only. Fleet shows every vehicle as moving, idling, parked or offline, with its route for up to 7 days.
Can we unlock a container remotely, and who can do it?
Yes. An authorised user can send an unlock command to a lock that supports it. Opening the main lock asks for that lock's password, and every command is logged with the name of the person who sent it. A driver can unlock at a stop only when the trip allows it, the driver is assigned to the trip and is at that stop now. Trip reports export as PDF, Excel or CSV.
How fast do we hear about a problem on the road?
Readings reach the platform in about 2 seconds, measured on a live device. Your rules are checked every 30 seconds, and alerts go to named people by email, SMS or WhatsApp, in Arabic or English, usually within about a minute. ENTEK IoT works with more than 1,500 tracker, lock and sensor models over cellular, with no gateway needed on site.
