How do we run bids over several rounds for bulk inputs?
Pick items from the catalogue so each line carries its full product details, and set delivery preferences per item so every supplier prices the same thing. Each bid line can carry 1 to 5 delivery options. You approve, decline or counter each round, and both sides keep the full history. Amounts stay in each bid's currency, with no conversion. Accepting the winning bid creates the purchase order in one step.
How do we follow vehicles that leave the plant?
Fleet in ENTEK IoT places every vehicle on a live map with its status. Track one vehicle and its map refreshes every 5 seconds with speed and GPS position. Each vehicle holds up to 7 days of route history, plus speed, fuel and load weight. Drivers photograph fuel receipts, which are read automatically. You approve or reject each one with litres, SAR and station, and that decision is final.
How do we get Scope 2 for each plant?
For each plant, give one of three things: monthly consumption in kWh, the monthly bill in SAR, or the electricity account number. Scope 2 is grid use minus your renewable share, multiplied by 0.499 kg CO2e per kWh (ECRA, 2023), shown as plus or minus 10% with the method beside it. A plant with no data stays out of totals, never counted as zero. Scope 1 and 3 go into ESG.
