AI
Drafts RFQs and compares bids. People approve.
AI in ENTEK sits inside the work your teams already do. In ENTEK Corporate it drafts RFQ text, checks the category of each line and compares offers within one request, and a chat assistant answers questions about your own account. ENTEK Supplier and ENTEK IoT have their own assistants. Every AI action runs under the signed-in user's own permissions, and a person awards bids and approves payments.
- Where it works

Draft an RFQ with AI
Buyers who can create RFQs.
The Request for RFQ form has a Generate button next to the text fields and an AI category check on each line. AI fills in a draft. You read it, edit it and submit it for internal approval. Nothing goes to suppliers until approvers sign off.
Add your lines first
Open Marketplace, then Request for RFQ. Add at least one line with a product name or category, from the catalogue or by hand. AI needs this context. Without it, Generate shows a short message telling you what to add, for example a product name before a title.
Generate the title and description
Click Generate next to the title, then next to the description. AI writes a draft based on your lines. A message confirms when the content is ready. Edit the text so it says exactly what you need.
Generate the title and description Generate specifications, budget and payment terms
The same Generate button sits on specifications, budget and payment terms. A budget draft needs a quantity on at least one line. Payment terms need a budget, or a line with a quantity. Treat every number as a starting point and check it before you submit.
Check the category of each line
On a line, open AI category intelligence and click Analyze product. It reads the name and description and shows suggested categories with a confidence score and a label such as Looks good, Needs review or Likely wrong. Click Apply to use a suggestion. The right category decides which suppliers are invited.
Review and submit for approval
Use Get AI Suggestions for a last review of the request. Then click Submit RFQ for Approval. Your approvers decide whether it goes to suppliers.
Rule AI writes a draft. The person who submits the RFQ owns its content.
Tip Category analysis works best with a descriptive name of 3 or more characters and a real description. A single word, or a description that repeats the name, lowers the score.
Limit today Generate and Get AI Suggestions use AI credits. When the company has none left, the screen shows Out of AI credits with a link to get more.
Compare offers, products and suppliers
Buyers and approvers who manage RFQs and bids.
When suppliers have bid, Compare Offers puts the offers of one RFQ side by side and adds a recommendation. The same kind of help exists for products and suppliers. AI explains. You choose.
Select the offers to compare
Open Marketplace, then Manage RFQs & Bids, and open an RFQ. In the side panel click Compare, tick two or more offers, then click Compare again. Offers can only be compared within the same request.
Read the offers side by side
The Offers Side by Side table shows amount, discount, payment terms, delivery ETA, valid until and the number of rounds for each offer. Fact chips such as Lowest price or Later than required are calculated by the server from the offers, not written by AI, so they show even if the AI step fails.
Read the offers side by side Read the recommendation
The Recommendation panel names one offer, a confidence level, a next-best offer, what to settle before you award, and what would change the choice. If offers are in different currencies, or fewer than two are priced, it says so and does not pick one.
Award the bid yourself
Open the chosen bid. Accepting a bid on its detail page creates the purchase order. The recommendation never awards anything on its own.
Compare products and suppliers
In Compare Products, pick 2 or 3 products to get the AI Product Advisor with a score, strengths and considerations for each. In Browse Products, Smart Suggestions gives product recommendations. Compare Suppliers has an AI Advisor for supplier comparison.
Compare products and suppliers
Rule AI recommends. The award is always a separate action by a person on the bid detail page.
Tip Your browser sends only the offer ids. The server loads the offers under your own session.
Limit today A recommendation needs AI credits. Without credits the table still shows. If an attempt fails, any reserved credits are returned.
Ask the Corporate assistant
Any signed-in Corporate user.
A chat bubble sits in the corner of every ENTEK Corporate page. It opens the AI Assistant, where you can ask about your own orders, RFQs, branches and more. It sees and does only what your user can see and do.
Open the assistant
Click the chat bubble in the bottom corner. A panel opens on the right with an Ask me anything box, a send button, a microphone for voice input, a speaker to read answers aloud, and a schedule button.
Ask about your account
Type a plain question, such as which orders are pending delivery or which RFQs are open. Type @ to point the question at a specific record, such as an order, an RFQ or a branch.
Ask about your account Get help finding a page
Ask where something is, for example credit limits. The assistant can highlight the place on screen and offer a short guided tour.
Schedule a recurring report
Use the schedule button to set a task that runs on its own, such as a weekly summary. Scheduled tasks can read data but cannot change it.
Rule The assistant works with your own permissions, inside your own company. If you cannot do something in the app, it cannot either.
Limit today Scheduled tasks are read-only.
Limit today The chat runs through a third-party provider. It is not counted against AI Tokens.
Use the Supplier assistant
Supplier users, within their own role and permissions.
ENTEK Supplier has the ENTEK.AI Assistant as a full page and as a chat bubble. It reads your stores, products, orders, RFQs, bids, purchase orders, fleets, drivers and zones. It can prepare changes for you, and asks for your approval before each one.
Open the assistant
Click AI Assistant in the sidebar. The page greets you with your company name and offers four starting points: Create my first store, Add my products, Set up delivery zones and Help me set prices.
Open the assistant Ask about your business
Type a question about your products, orders, RFQs or deliveries. You can also dictate the question. Start a New chat when you change topic.
Approve or cancel each change
When the assistant is about to create or change something, it shows what it will do and waits. Click Approve to go ahead or Cancel to stop. It then shows the step as Working, then Done.
Approve or cancel each change
Rule The assistant can make mistakes. Review each action before you approve it.
Limit today An administrator can turn the assistant off for the portal. Users then see a message that it is turned off.
Limit today The chat does not yet display right to left.
Ask the IoT assistant
Signed-in IoT users, within their own permissions.
ENTEK IoT has the ENTEK Assistant inside the dashboard. It answers from your real data about devices, assets and alerts, and confirms with you before any change. It is being rolled out and is not yet on production accounts.
Open the assistant
Sign in to the IoT dashboard and open ENTEK Assistant. The input box reads Ask about your devices, assets or alerts.
Ask about fleet, tanks, locks or alerts
Ask a plain question. The assistant reads through the same API and permission checks as you, using a short-lived credential for each request.
Ask about fleet, tanks, locks or alerts Confirm any change
Before the assistant changes anything, it asks you to confirm. For a smart lock, it asks for the lock password every time and does not store it.
Rule Every write action is confirmed by you before it happens.
Tip A lock password you type becomes part of that chat, like any text you type in a chat.
Limit today Not yet available on production accounts.
Manage AI credits and connect your own AI
Company admins, and any user who wants to connect an outside assistant to their own account.
The AI helpers in Corporate sourcing use AI Tokens from your company balance. Settings shows what was used and what it cost. You can also give an outside AI assistant, such as Claude, an access token so it works with your account under your own permissions.
See usage and cost
Open Settings, then AI Tokens. You see total requests this month, tokens used, total cost and average cost per request, your available balance split into subscription tokens and extra refills, charts and a transaction history. Prices show in SAR, and the history exports to CSV.
See usage and cost Buy extra tokens
Click Buy Tokens and pick one of the suggested packages. The price and a 90-day expiry are shown. Click Purchase to open a payment page in a new tab. Tokens are added once payment is confirmed.
Buy extra tokens Connect an outside assistant to Corporate
Open Settings, then API & Integrations, and the Connect & Tokens tab. Click Generate New Token and copy it right away, because it is not shown again. Add it as a connection in your assistant. The token list shows Created, Last Used, Expires and Status, and you can Revoke a token at any time.
Connect an outside assistant to Supplier
In ENTEK Supplier, open Settings & Support, then API & Integrations. Issue a REST API or MCP token with a life of 1 to 365 days. Up to 20 tokens can be active at once, and each one can be revoked.
Connect an outside assistant to Supplier
Rule A connected assistant can only do what the token owner's role allows, only in that owner's company, and it passes the same checks as the app.
Tip Revoke a token as soon as a person leaves or a tool is no longer used.
Limit today API & Integrations is hidden in the Corporate sidebar by default. An admin can show it from Settings, then Visibility.

Common questions
Does AI award bids or approve payments?
No. In the sourcing screens AI drafts and recommends. Approvers sign off the RFQ, and a person accepts the bid on its detail page, which creates the purchase order.
What data can the AI see?
Only what the signed-in user can see, in that user's own company. The assistant and connected tools pass the same permission checks as the app.
How is AI usage charged?
The AI helpers in Corporate sourcing use AI Tokens. Plans include a monthly allowance, and you can buy extra packages that last 90 days. The chat assistant is not counted against AI Tokens.
What happens when we run out of AI credits?
The screen tells you the company is out of AI credits and links to AI Tokens. Your data stays as it is. In Compare Offers the side by side table still shows, and any credits reserved for a failed attempt are returned.
Can we use our own AI assistant, such as Claude?
Yes. Generate an access token in API & Integrations in Corporate, or an MCP token in Supplier, and add it to your assistant. It works under your own permissions, and you can revoke it at any time.
Does the AI work in Arabic?
The screens are available in Arabic and English, and the Compare Offers recommendation follows the language of your screen. The Supplier chat window does not yet display right to left.
Is our data processed outside ENTEK?
Yes, in part. The chat assistant runs through a third-party provider, and the helpers use an external AI model. Access always goes through your own permissions.
