Add many branches at once
Owners, administrators and users whose role allows them to add branches, in ENTEK Corporate.
A company with many sites does not need to type each branch by hand. Download the template, fill one row per branch, and upload it. ENTEK checks every row before it creates anything.
Open Bulk Upload Branches
Go to Manage Branches, then View All Branches, and click Bulk Upload Branches in the header. The same option is also on the Add New Branch page. The Branch Limit Status banner shows how many branches your plan allows and how many you use.
Open Bulk Upload Branches Download the template and fill one row per branch
Click Download Template. Each row needs the branch name and type, the branch manager's name, email and phone, the latitude and longitude, the VAT and CR numbers, and the invoice name and address in both English and Arabic. The modal lists the valid branch types and status values you can use.
Upload the file and review the preview
Drop an Excel (.xlsx, .xls) or CSV file into the upload area. Preview Branches shows each row as valid or invalid, with the reason next to it. If the file would take you past your plan's branch limit, a warning appears with a link to upgrade your plan.
Upload the file and review the preview Confirm and follow the progress
Click Continue, then Start Upload. ENTEK creates the branches one by one and shows how many were created. Keep the page open until it finishes. Any row that fails is listed under Failed Uploads with its reason.
Rule Arabic invoice fields must be written in Arabic, and English invoice fields must not contain Arabic. Rows that break this rule are flagged in the preview.
Rule Write phone numbers with the country code, for example +966533333333.
Limit today The Free plan allows 5 branches. The limit is checked by the server, so extra rows are not created until you upgrade.
Tip Do not close or leave the page while branches are being created.
Invite your team in bulk
Owners and administrators in ENTEK Corporate. Users without invite permission see a message asking them to contact an administrator.
Add one user at a time, or invite a whole department from a file. Each person gets an email invitation with the role and department you chose.
Open the user list
Go to User & Access Management, then Add New User. The User Limit Status banner shows your current plan and how many users you have against the limit. Use Add New User for one person, or Bulk Invite for many.
Fill the template
In Bulk Invite Users, click Download Template. Each row has Name, Email, Role, Department and Phone. The modal lists the Valid Roles and Valid Departments for your company, so you can copy the exact names.
Upload and check the preview
Upload the Excel or CSV file. Preview Users marks each row as valid, ambiguous or invalid. A role that matches more than one role is marked ambiguous. If the list would pass your user limit, a warning appears with a link to upgrade.
Upload and check the preview Confirm and track pending invitations
Click Continue, then Confirm and Start Inviting. ENTEK sends an invitation email to each valid user and shows how many were sent. New invites appear under Pending Invitations until the person registers. You can withdraw an invitation from there.
Confirm and track pending invitations
Rule The Owner role cannot be given through an invite. It is a protected role.
Limit today The Corporate Free plan allows 30 users.
Tip Suppliers can do the same in ENTEK Supplier: Users & Customers, Internal Users tab, then Add User or Bulk Invite. A pending invite can be resent from the user list.
Bring your own suppliers
Corporate users with access to Marketplace, Compare Suppliers.
Your current suppliers can join ENTEK so you can order from them and send them RFQs in one place. Invite them one by one or from a file, and follow each invite until it is accepted.
Open Manage Suppliers
Go to Marketplace, then Compare Suppliers. The page shows Supplier Invites, Favorite Suppliers and the supplier directory. Use Invite Supplier for one supplier or Bulk Invite for a list.
Invite one supplier
In Invite Supplier, enter the supplier name, contact name, contact email, phone, website and country. Sector and a message are optional. Click Send Invitation.
Invite one supplier Invite a list from a file
In Bulk Invite Suppliers, download the template, fill it and upload it. Preview Suppliers shows each row as valid or invalid. Duplicate emails in the file and emails already registered as a supplier company are flagged. Fix all errors, then confirm.
Follow each invite
The Supplier Invites list shows each invite as Pending, Accepted or Rejected, with the date it was sent and accepted. ENTEK checks the status when you open the page, so an invite moves to Accepted after the supplier registers with that email.
Limit today Up to 200 suppliers per file, and up to 1,000 supplier invites per company in 24 hours.
Rule An email that already has a pending invite is not invited again.
Tip Invited suppliers can be added to your favorites once they join, and you can then send them RFQs.
Invite your customers (suppliers)
Supplier users with access to Users & Customers in ENTEK Supplier.
A supplier can add its corporate customers to its directory and invite them to ENTEK Corporate. The customer gets an email with a sign-up link. The link carries the invite and a referral code, so the customer is linked to the supplier that invited them.
Open the Customers tab
Go to Users & Customers and open the Customers tab. It lists every corporate buyer with its orders and total value, and an Invites list with who invited each customer and when. Click Add Customer or Bulk Invite.
Open the Customers tab Add one customer
In Add Customer, enter the name and customer email. Phone and address are optional. The address fills the customer's details on quotations and other documents. Tick Send email invitation to email a sign-up link, or leave it unticked to only add the customer to your directory.
Invite many customers from a file
In Bulk Invite Customers, download the template and fill customer name, email, phone and message. Upload it and fix any rows marked with errors before you send.
Invite many customers from a file The customer signs up
The email, titled You're Invited to ENTEK.AI Corporate, opens the sign-up page at corporate.entek.ai. The referral code from the link is filled in and locked, and it is checked before the account is created. The invite then shows as accepted in your list.
Rule Customer invitations are unlimited on every supplier plan.
Tip Suppliers can also enter a referral code when they sign up to ENTEK Supplier. The Referral Code field is optional.
Limit today The customer list can take a few seconds to load for suppliers with many orders.
Choose and change a supplier plan
Supplier owners and users with access to Settings in ENTEK Supplier.
Every supplier starts on the Free plan. When the business needs more stores, RFQs or users, it moves to a paid plan from Subscription & Billing. Usage against each limit is shown at all times.
See your plan and usage
Go to Settings & Support, then Subscription & Usage. Current Plan shows the plan, billing cycle, next billing date and days remaining. Plan Summary shows Users, Branches, Stores, RFQs and Products as used against your limit.
See your plan and usage Compare the available plans
Available Plans lists Free, Basic, Advanced (marked Recommended) and Premium, with a Monthly or Yearly view. Each plan shows its price and its limits for users, stores, RFQs and products.
Select a plan and pay
Click Select Plan, check the plan and price in Confirm Plan Change, then confirm. If you already pay for a plan, a Proration Preview shows the current plan, the new plan and the new price first. You are then taken to a secure checkout page to pay.
Ask for a custom plan
If no plan fits, click Configure on Custom Plan. Set the users and branches you need, pick services such as Advanced Analytics or Directory Listing, and click Request Quote.
Rule Free plan: 1 store, 10 RFQs and 10 users. Limits are enforced, so you are asked to upgrade when you reach one.
Tip The plan is also shown on the Subscription tab of Merchant Profile.
Limit today Plan prices and billing history come from ENTEK's billing system. If they do not load, use Refresh.
Request Asset-as-a-Service for a branch
Corporate users with permission to create RFQs, plus the approvers they choose.
Asset-as-a-Service lets a company use solar, battery storage, generators, EV charging or a hybrid at a site without buying the equipment. It pays a monthly or usage-based fee. ENTEK or a partner installs, maintains and monitors the equipment under an SLA. You browse the offers and send a request online. Assessment, proposal and contract are handled by the ENTEK team.
Browse the Service Catalog
Open Service Catalog. Five offer cards show the uptime SLA, the term in years and an indicative starting price. Filter by type, open View Details, and read how the process works and the frequent questions below the cards.
Browse the Service Catalog Start a request
Click Request Quote on a card, or Submit RFQ. Both open the request form. Enter a project name and choose the branch. You can add a new branch from the form if the site is not listed yet.
Start a request Describe what the site needs
Fill the site location, the solution type, the subscription term (10, 15 or 20 years), the expected load in kW per month and the required go-live date. Add notes, and attach a feasibility report or site documents if you have them.
Choose approvers and submit
Pick the approvers who must sign off the request, then submit. The confirmation shows your request ID. The side panel shows the next steps: initial assessment in 1-2 business days, a site assessment, then a proposal and contract.
Follow active subscriptions
After a contract is signed, the subscription appears in Active Subscriptions, with totals for subscriptions, active sites, average uptime and monthly cost, and filters by status and branch.
Follow active subscriptions
Rule Catalog prices are indicative and subject to a site assessment. The SLA becomes binding only in a signed contract.
Tip Type the site location before you pick the branch. If the branch has no saved address, the location field stays empty and locked, and the form cannot be sent.
Limit today Proposals are not returned inside the platform today. The ENTEK team contacts you after the assessment.
Limit today Attachments can be PDF or DOC files up to 10 MB.
