Run every building like one portfolio.
Owners and facility teams manage many buildings with shared contracts. ENTEK puts every building on one map, each with its own orders, spend and reports.
What teams run on ENTEK
- Buildings as branchesEach building has its own users, budget and order history.
- Solar per buildingSize a system per branch and see an indicative sizing estimate, confirmed by a site survey.
- ESG report packsSASB metrics with GRI, TCFD, CDP and IFRS S1/S2 report packs.
ENTEK.AI helps property owners and facility teams run many buildings as one portfolio. Each building is set up as a branch with its own users, budget and order history, all on one map. The same platform shows what each building pays for electricity, builds ESG report packs and gives each building an indicative solar sizing estimate.
How do we set up dozens of buildings without typing each one?
Download the branch template and fill one row per building: name and type, the manager's contact, latitude and longitude, VAT and CR numbers, and the invoice name and address in English and Arabic. Upload the Excel or CSV file, and the preview marks each row valid or invalid before anything is created. Each building page then shows its staff, orders, alerts and the last and next maintenance dates.
How do we see what each building pays for electricity?
Each building needs a single input to start: its kWh per month, its monthly bill amount in SAR, or the number of its electricity account. Bills and Tariffs shows what you paid, what you used and the real price per kWh, and lists months more than 20% away from that account's usual price. A building with no data is marked as not measured and left out of totals, never counted as zero.
Can we report Scope 2 and ESG for the whole portfolio?
Yes. In ESG setup, choose Real Estate, one of 8 SASB industries, and set your reporting year. Scope 2 is grid electricity, minus your renewable share, times 0.499 kg CO2e per kWh from ECRA, 2023, shown within plus or minus 10%. Generate a SASB, GRI, TCFD, CDP, IFRS S1, IFRS S2 or combined ISSB pack as a PDF. The packs are drafts, not audited, so review them with your auditor.
